October Meeting in Review

Friends, thanks so much for the beautiful Show and Tell you brought and for reaching out to a new friend. This group has the kindest women of all walks of life and we all have something to learn from each other. I appreciate it when you share some of yourself either through a quilt or a quick conversation with the person sitting near you.

I will get a list of long arm quilters made, it's in the works. Please comment below if you have someone to add.

We were so treated to have Emily Herrick come give us a trunk show. She specifically brought her color spectrum quilts to go along with our theme this session, weren't they beautiful? All of her patterns can be found at her etsy shop CrazyOldLadies. If there's a pattern you saw today that isn't in her shop right now just send her a message through the etsy site.

Photos of all of the quilts she showed can be found in this post. She had a second tote to share that we didn't have time for, so what a talented and prepared quilter!

Remember next month to bring more exchange blocks, they will all be due December's meeting and can be picked up in January.

Also next month is YOUR Favorite Things, so bring something you have made or been given that uses quilt fabric. We will make a list of all tutorials to share with the group. I will also be giving away one TV Tray Ironing Station. See you all in November!
